PRD Management is a dedicated team of professionals who work diligently to provide equal opportunity affordable housing for low income families, senior citizens and physically challenged individuals. By maintaining and restoring housing communities, PRD helps building owners provide residents with beautiful, spacious and affordable surroundings in which to live.

PRD manages roughly 1,800 units in 17 subsidized projects, including four buildings that serve the handicapped. PRD has won numerous awards, including Communities of Quality Awards from the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and New Jersey Affordable Housing Management Association (JAHMA), best practices awards from HUD, and a great number and variety of awards from the New Jersey Apartment Association (NJAA).
